Terra and I are currently in the process of buying a new home. We recently placed an offer on a bank owned property near Sossaman and Guadalupe in Mesa. The bank has accepted the offer and the home in now in escrow. We just had our inspection today and there is not any major issues for us to be concerned with as we move forward. The downside is that the home is being sold as-is as the bank will not make any repairs. Luckily for us, there are no major repairs to be made that would cost us a lot of money. However, the home does need to be treated for termites but that is something that is common in Arizona. We hope to be into the home by the time our lease is up in September.
